History

Norman Pointe was developed in the mid-2010s on a deep, wooded peninsula on Lake Norman's western shore in Denver — a rare pocket of modern new construction in an area dominated by 1990s and early-2000s traditional homes. The developer marketed the community as 'contemporary lake living,' attracting buyers from Charlotte and Atlanta who wanted clean architectural lines without sacrificing deep-water dock access.
