Summers Walk

History

Summers Walk was developed in the early 2000s as Davidson's family-forward answer to the tighter in-town neighborhoods. The plan centered on a community pool and clubhouse, sidewalks throughout, and homes designed with deep front porches and rear-loaded garages — a layout intended to put neighbor interaction and kids-at-play at the center of daily life.

Lifestyle

Weekends revolve around the pool: swim-team practice in the mornings, birthday parties in the pavilion, and evening adult swim when the kids head home. The neighborhood social calendar is packed — block parties, Halloween trunk-or-treats, an Easter egg hunt on the clubhouse lawn, and the annual July 4th parade that routes through every cul-de-sac. Households skew young families, teachers, and medical professionals who wanted Davidson schools at a friendlier price point than The Woodlands or River Run.
