The Preserve at River Run

History

The Preserve at River Run was carved out as a low-density estate section inside the larger River Run country-club community, reserved for the largest custom homes on premium acreage. Lot releases were deliberately staggered over more than a decade, which produced one of the region's most architecturally consistent custom-estate enclaves — a roster of one-of-one homes by named architects rather than a uniform builder package.
